3. Diện Thăm thân (Ký hiệu: TT) - Family Visit / Dependent (Symbol: TT)

Dành cho vợ, chồng, con dưới 18 tuổi của người nước ngoài đã có TRC; hoặc người nước ngoài là vợ, chồng, con của công dân Việt Nam. Yêu cầu có giấy đăng ký kết hôn hoặc giấy khai sinh đã được hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự và dịch thuật công chứng. Thời hạn thẻ tối đa 3 năm.

Applicable to spouses and children under 18 of a foreign national holding a valid TRC; or foreign spouses and children of Vietnamese citizens. Requires a legalized and notarized marriage certificate or birth certificate. Maximum validity is up to 3 years.

Thành phần hồ sơ cơ bản - Required Application Documents

• Hộ chiếu gốc - Original Passport: Còn hạn dài hơn thời hạn thẻ dự kiến xin ít nhất 30 ngày. Valid for at least 30 days longer than the requested TRC duration.

• Tờ khai đề nghị (Mẫu NA8) - Application Form NA8: Kèm 02 ảnh 2x3 cm phông nền trắng. Accompanied by 02 passport photos (2x3 cm, white background).
